ENVIRONMENTAL AND INFORMATION SECURITY ASSURANCE POLICY

As an innovative and responsible provider of mailing solutions, we at All Sorts UK Ltd maintain a close and active interest in the environmental impact of our operation and are committed to protect from all threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental, the information assets in relation to the company, its Clients and its suppliers.

The Managing Director is committed to providing adequate resources needed to achieve this.

The Company aims to identify our areas of significant environmental and information security impact through a process of review and apply necessary controls to eliminate or reduce these effects.  In accordance with EN ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 we are committed to comply with relevant legislation and regulations and have adopted methods of identifying and controlling those that are appropriate to our business.

We have built in key objectives to our business that demonstrate our environmental and information security performance and these are documented and reviewed within our integrated management system structure to enable us to monitor our continual improvement.  Our ultimate aim is to protect the environment and reduce all types of pollution to reduce the risk of information security breaches created in the course of our business using social and ethical principles.

This is reviewed annually by the Managing Director or whenever we introduce new processes or procedures or upon the introduction of new legislation applicable to the company. 

This policy is made available to any interested parties.  It is displayed around the building to communicate to all staff and in particular to new starters on induction, suppliers and sub-contractors.  Updates are communicated via notice boards, email and our website, feedback is welcomed.
